"Traitor in the Scottish Isles (Roxburgh Scions) by Paige Edwards is a modern-day spy thriller set amongst the windswept and remote Scottish Isles of Uist. Cairstie
Henderson is a blue-blooded aristocrat to the core. A pampered and adored influencer and high-fashion model, her carefully constructed world is torn apart when she is implicated, by association, in her former boyfriend’s fraudulent schemes. A strange inheritance from her godmother gives Cairstie a chance for a new beginning. To be able to claim her inheritance, she must live in her godmother’s house in the remote Scottish Isles for six months. There, she meets Sheridan, the MI6 agent responsible for the public breakup that had so humiliated her. Sheridan is tracking a traitor believed to be passing top-secret research information to the Chinese; research that could make the United Kingdom extremely vulnerable. Alone, a little lost, and threatened by an intruder, Cairstie has no choice but to turn to Sheridan for help and support. Together they will try to discover who is selling secrets to the Chinese and why Cairstie has been targeted for special attention.
Traitor in the Scottish Isles is a fast-paced, riveting story that takes readers into worlds they can only imagine. Paige Edwards has created two wonderfully unique and completely different characters in Cairstie and Sheridan. The contrast between the pampered girl and the hard-bitten, slightly cynical, dangerous MI6 operative couldn’t be more apparent. As the saying goes, opposites attract and the obvious romantic and sexual attraction between the pair provides a lighter counterpoint to the serious issue of espionage and death. I particularly appreciated Cairstie’s self-doubts about her intelligence and ability to perform. Beneath her doubts, though, she was every bit of a match for Sheridan. She was a strong and resourceful young woman who still managed to retain an air of vulnerability, which gave the character a perfect balance. I enjoyed the setting, which was unusual and highlighted both the beauty and ruggedness of the Scottish Isles plus the nature of the hardy souls who choose to live there. This is a fun, exciting story that I suspect is the forerunner of more stories involving Cairstie and Sheridan, which I anticipate. I highly recommend this read."

"Danger on the Loch by Paige Edwards tells the story of a young photographer named Paisley Clark. She is passionate about her art, and although she has advanced to more sophisticated cameras, her old 35mm remains her most cherished possession—for it is the only memory she has of the father she has never known. Her mother has obliterated any traces of her father’s identity in their lives, and any topic about her father is considered taboo in their household. But curiosity festers, and it has driven her to take a DNA test in the hope of connecting with someone in her father’s family. She then discovers that her father is from Scotland. Upon accepting her father’s invitation to visit, she learns that he is a duke and that she also has a brother and a grandmother. As she gets acquainted with the overwhelming developments in her life, she and her childhood friend James Pressley-Coombes are about to discover that something sinister operates within her father’s estate.
Danger on the Loch grips your attention with its mix of romance and mystery, to which any reader, regardless of age, can relate in terms of identity, family, and relationships. Castle Rannoch is a brilliant setting that breathes with a life of its own. With its stone walls, secret passages, and staircases, it exudes an air of mystery and foreboding that you want to unravel. Paige Edwards has created a mystery case worthy of someone like Sherlock Holmes to crack. The estate is a character in itself, made only more haunting by the diverse characters within it. As part of the Pressley-Coombes Series, Danger on the Loch meets reader expectations in terms of offering high-tension suspense and feel-good romance."

In Heirs of Falcon Point, the Lang family lost everything in the early days of WWII. The Nazis had taken over Austria and wealthy widower Leopold Lang decided to run and hide with his three children, but he was killed by Herr Sauermann before he could leave. Thankfully, their father had made plans and they had hidden most of their valuable treasures before everything happened. According to their father's earlier plans and advice, the three siblings ran for their lives but had much difficulty running from Sauermann. Sadly, they all ended up separated from each other. Many decades later, three of their ancestors - Anna, Cole, and Tess - made their way back to Falcon Point to try to claim their land back. But not if Gunnar Sauermann has his way. He has been a trustee for the land all this time and he will do anything, including killing anyone who gets in his way.
Heirs of Falcon Point is an interesting story written by four different authors, Sian Ann Bessey, Traci Hunter Abramson, A. L. Sowards, and Paige Edwards, each having one or two point-of-view characters woven into this story. The beginning of the story is intriguing and I was engrossed in reading, hoping the three children would find their way back to each other. Then the story switches decades later to the present time. There was a lot going on, with lots of different characters to meet. But I enjoyed the continued story of meeting the Lang family's ancestors. I loved Anna, Cole, and Tess and their friends, and I was so scared for them at times. There was a lot at stake here, more than anyone realized. The riveting story of Heirs of Falcon Point ended well and will stay with me for a while. If you enjoy historical fiction, you will especially enjoy this story.

"The action is non-stop in Paige Edwards' romantic adventure novel. Her plot is uniquely complex, informing an astute audience that there is more than one moral at the end of this story. Skye Fall is an exciting novel in a class of its own."
